What Hermes Subagent Steering Actually Does

  3. Structured data jobs. With JSON-schema validation on child outputs, a parent can demand results in an exact shape, which is what makes chained automation reliable instead of hopeful.
  4. Budget-capped delegation. Per-delegation cost visibility means you can see which child is burning spend and intervene, rather than discovering it on the invoice.
