Real output from my bots, made with these job files.
Carousel bot: the hook slide of a 7-slide carouselVideo bot: a frame from a 45-second faceless videoSEO bot: a live blog post
What each bot does
Video bot: turns a topic into a faceless video. Checks the facts, writes a 60-second script, waits for your approval, then makes the voiceover, visuals and edit
Carousel bot: turns one idea into a 7-slide Instagram carousel with a caption. Only posts when you say "post it"
Lead bot: every weekday finds 10 businesses that fit your ideal customer, checks their website and drafts a personal email for each one
Reply bot: watches your inbox, drafts a reply to every new lead within a minute, offers two times from your calendar, and sends you a one-page brief before each call
SEO bot: finds one keyword a day your site doesn't cover, checks the top 5 results and writes a better post as a draft
What you need
Grok Bot desktop app (Mac, Windows or Linux) from x.ai/bot. It needs a paid Cursor plan, a SuperGrok subscription or a Grok Business seat
The apps each bot uses: your email, calendar, website or posting tool (listed at the bottom of each job file)
For the Video bot: a voice tool such as ElevenLabs, or record the voiceover yourself
Set it up (about 10 minutes per bot)
Start with the bot that fixes your biggest problem
Don't build all five on day one. No time to film? Video bot. No time for social? Carousel bot. Not enough leads? Lead bot. Leads going cold? Reply bot. Want Google traffic? SEO bot.
Create a new Bot and paste the job file
In Grok Bot, press + (or Cmd/Ctrl+N), choose Create new Bot, name it, and paste the job file as its first message. Fill in the [brackets] first.
Connect what it needs
Use Connect apps in the sidebar. Enter passwords yourself with Take over, never in the chat.
Run the first task
Every file ends with a small first task. Check the result and tell the bot what to change. It remembers.
Let it run on schedule
The schedules in each file then run on their own, even with your laptop closed. Get one working, then set up the next.
Set one up, post what it made in the community, and tag me. 🙌
