The third is 15-20 minutes of focused time. That's it.

Step 1 — Find Lobster Father In Telegram

Open Telegram and search the search bar for "Lobster Father" — verify the official handle is @LobsterFather before you start the chat. Tap to open and tap "Start". You're in.

Step 2 — Get Your Token

Lobster Father will guide you through onboarding inside the chat. Follow the prompts and you'll get a token, which is your "key" to let external platforms control AI agents on your Telegram.

There are four issues people commonly hit during setup.

The first is the token not working. Re-copy the token from Lobster Father and make sure you're not pasting trailing whitespace.

The second is the agent failing to reply. Check the platform integration is enabled — some platforms require you to "publish" the agent before it goes live.

The third is the agent giving weird answers. Refine the prompt, add specific rules, and test with edge cases until the behaviour matches your expectations.
