Claude Opus 4.7 AI SEO is the reason I no longer have a content team.
Not because I fired anyone.
Because I built a system that made the entire team redundant โ including the version of me that used to spend 4 hours a day writing blog posts.
I'm going to walk you through exactly how I set it up.
The tools I used.
The technical steps.
And how you can build the same thing this weekend.

Why I Replaced My Content Team With Claude Opus 4.7 AI SEO
Let me be straight with you.
I had a content writer, a formatter, and myself doing final edits.
That's three people touching every single article before it went live.
Each article took 2-3 hours from keyword to published post.
And if we wanted to publish across multiple sites with unique content?
Multiply that by five.
That's 10-15 hours of human labour for one keyword.
One keyword.
The economics were broken.
So I started experimenting with Claude Code Desktop running Opus 4.7, and within a week I had a system that does all of it โ keyword research, writing, formatting, optimising, and publishing โ without me touching a single thing.
Here's how.
The Technical Stack Behind My Claude Opus 4.7 AI SEO System
You don't need expensive SEO tools for this.
You don't need WordPress plugins.
You don't even need a content management system.
Here's what I use:
- Claude Code Desktop โ running Claude Opus 4.7
- Netlify โ connected directly to Claude via the CLI
- Eleventy (11ty) โ a static site generator that turns Markdown files into web pages
- Google Autocomplete โ free keyword research (I'll explain)
- A custom /blog-post skill โ this is the secret weapon
That's the entire stack.
No Ahrefs.
No Surfer SEO.
No Jasper.
Just Claude and a deployment pipeline.

Step 1: Connect Netlify to Claude Code
This is where the magic starts.
Netlify is a hosting platform that deploys sites from Git repositories.
When you connect it to Claude Code Desktop, Claude can write files directly into your site's source folder โ and Netlify auto-deploys them.
Here's the setup:
- Install Claude Code Desktop and make sure you're running Opus 4.7
- Create a Netlify site linked to a GitHub repo
- Set up Eleventy in that repo (it converts Markdown to HTML pages)
- Give Claude access to your local repo folder via Claude Code
Once that's done, every Markdown file Claude writes goes straight to your live site.
No copy-pasting.
No WordPress login.
No formatting headaches.
Claude writes the file, Git pushes it, Netlify deploys it.
The whole process takes under 60 seconds from prompt to published.
Step 2: Build Your Claude Opus 4.7 AI SEO Skill
This is the part most people miss.
Claude is powerful out of the box.
But it doesn't know your tone, your style, your CTA structure, or your SEO preferences.
So you build a skill.
A skill in Claude Code is a reusable command โ like /blog-post โ that includes all your specific instructions.
Here's what mine contains:
- Tone rules โ write as Julian Goldie, first person, UK grammar, Hormozi-style directness
- Formatting rules โ every sentence on its own line, H2s and H3s for structure, bold highlights, bullet points
- SEO rules โ keyword in the first line, keyword in the last line, keyword in headings, FAQ section included
- CTA templates โ personalised calls to action with specific links
- Content structure โ intro, video embed, main body with step-by-step sections, FAQ, conclusion
When I type /blog-post "Claude Opus 4.7 AI SEO", Claude produces a fully formatted, SEO-optimised, 2,000+ word article that matches my exact style.
Every time.
And here's the real power: you can refine the skill over time.
If Claude misses something, you give it feedback.
"Make the intro punchier."
"Add more bullet points in the tutorial sections."
"Don't use the phrase 'game-changer' โ ever."
Each round of feedback makes the skill sharper.
After a few iterations, it writes better than most content teams I've hired.
Step 3: Use Google Autocomplete for Keyword Research
Forget paying for keyword tools.
Here's what I do:
- Open Google in an incognito window
- Start typing a phrase related to my niche
- Watch the autocomplete suggestions populate
- Pick the ones that are specific and low-competition
For example, if I type "Claude Opus 4.7" into Google, I'll see suggestions like:
- Claude Opus 4.7 vs GPT
- Claude Opus 4.7 review
- Claude Opus 4.7 coding
- Claude Opus 4.7 AI SEO
These are real searches that real people are making right now.
Google is literally telling you what to write about.
The key is specificity.
Don't target "AI SEO" โ that's a warzone.
Target "Claude Opus 4.7 AI SEO" โ that's a gap in the market.
Long-tail keywords like this are where smaller sites can compete and win.
I tell Claude to pull trending autocomplete suggestions and then write articles for each one.
That's how I maintain a steady stream of topical, low-competition content without doing keyword research myself.
Step 4: Publish Across Multiple Sites Simultaneously
This is where the system really separates from everything else.
I don't publish to one site.
I publish to five sites โ all at once.
- bestaiagentcommunity.com
- aiprofitboardroom.com
- juliangoldieaiautomation.com
- aisuccesslabjuliangoldie.com
- aimoneylabjuliangoldie.com
Each site gets a completely unique article for the same keyword.
Different titles.
Different structures.
Different examples and stories.
Different FAQs.
This is critical because Google penalises duplicate content.
If you publish the same article across five sites, you're hurting yourself.
But if you publish five genuinely unique articles?
You're dominating the search results for that keyword from five different angles.
Claude handles all of this.
One command.
Five unique articles.
Five sites updated.
All deployed in under five minutes.
That used to take my content team an entire week.

Step 5: Set Up Daily Automated Publishing
Here's the final piece.
You don't want to sit there typing commands every day.
You want this to run on autopilot.
Claude Code supports daily routines.
You can tell it:
- "Every morning at 8am, find 3 trending keywords from Google Autocomplete in the AI niche"
- "Write a unique article for each keyword"
- "Publish to all 5 sites"
- "Send me a summary of what was published"
That's 15 articles per day across 5 sites.
Without you touching anything.
The content is properly formatted with H2s, H3s, bold text, step-by-step tutorials, and FAQ sections.
It's not thin AI slop.
It's structured, valuable content that actually ranks.
How Claude Opus 4.7 AI SEO Handles Quality Control
One concern people always raise: "But won't the quality drop if it's automated?"
Fair question.
Here's how I handle it:
- The skill template enforces structure โ Claude can't produce a 300-word fluff piece because the instructions demand 2,000+ words with specific sections
- Feedback loops โ every time I spot something off, I refine the skill, and it never makes the same mistake again
- Unique content checks โ Claude writes from scratch each time, it doesn't paraphrase or spin
- Real examples and specifics โ the skill instructs Claude to include concrete details, not vague generalities
The quality ceiling is set by how well you build the skill.
Build a rubbish skill, get rubbish content.
Build a precise, detailed skill, and you get articles that outperform most human writers.
What This System Replaced (And What It Cost Me Before)
Let me put real numbers to this.
Before (manual content team):
- Content writer: ยฃ800/month
- Formatter/uploader: ยฃ400/month
- My time editing: 10+ hours/week (opportunity cost: easily ยฃ2,000+/month)
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, Surfer): ยฃ300/month
- Total: ~ยฃ3,500/month for 20-30 articles
After (Claude Opus 4.7 system):
- Claude Code subscription: ~$20/month
- Netlify hosting: free tier
- My time: 30 minutes/week reviewing output
- SEO tools needed: zero
- Total: ~ยฃ20/month for 100+ articles
That's a 99% cost reduction.
And the output is higher volume, more consistent, and publishes faster.
I'm not saying this to brag.
I'm saying this because if you're still paying a content team to do what Claude can do in 60 seconds, you're burning money.
Common Mistakes When Building This System
I've helped hundreds of people set this up inside the Boardroom.
Here are the mistakes I see over and over:
- Not building a skill โ they just prompt Claude raw and wonder why the output is inconsistent
- Using WordPress instead of a static site โ WordPress adds complexity; Eleventy + Netlify is cleaner and faster
- Publishing duplicate content โ they copy the same article to multiple sites instead of generating unique versions
- Targeting broad keywords โ "AI tools" is impossible to rank for; "Claude Opus 4.7 AI SEO" is wide open
- Skipping the feedback loop โ they set it up once and never refine the skill, so quality plateaus
- Overcomplicating the stack โ you don't need 10 tools; you need Claude, Netlify, and a well-built skill
Avoid these and you'll be publishing better content than 90% of your competitors within a week.

Frequently Asked Questions About Claude Opus 4.7 AI SEO
Do I need coding experience to set this up?
No.
Claude Code Desktop handles the technical bits.
You need to follow the steps to connect Netlify and create a GitHub repo, but Claude can guide you through that too.
If you can follow instructions, you can build this.
How is this different from using ChatGPT for SEO content?
ChatGPT doesn't connect to your deployment pipeline.
You'd still need to copy-paste, format, upload, and publish manually.
Claude Code running Opus 4.7 writes the file, commits it, and deploys it โ all in one step.
It's the difference between using a word processor and having a fully automated publishing machine.
Will Google penalise AI-generated content?
Google's official stance is that they reward helpful content regardless of how it's created.
The key is that the content must be genuinely useful, well-structured, and unique.
My system produces exactly that because the skill template enforces quality standards.
I've watched sites go from single-digit clicks to hundreds per day using this approach.
Google is ranking it because it's good content โ the fact that Claude wrote it is irrelevant.
Can I use this for niches other than AI?
Absolutely.
The system works for any niche.
You just adjust the skill template to match your topic, tone, and audience.
I've seen members in the Boardroom use this for finance, health, SaaS, local businesses โ you name it.
The framework is niche-agnostic.
How many articles can I publish per day?
Technically, as many as you want.
I publish 15+ per day across 5 sites.
But quality matters more than quantity.
Start with 1-3 per day, review the output, refine your skill, and scale from there.
What happens if Claude's output isn't perfect?
You refine the skill.
That's the whole point of this system.
Every imperfection is feedback.
You tell Claude what it got wrong, update the skill instructions, and the next article is better.
After 5-10 rounds of refinement, the output is dialled in.
